The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-Phospholipase C beta 1 antibody has been validated for WB. It is suitable to detect Phospholipase C beta 1 in samples from Human, Rat and Mouse.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the PLCB1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.\. Western blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL
Restrictions
For Research Use only
Buffer
0.5 mg/mL if reconstituted with 0.2 mL sterile DI water
Storage
-20 °C
Storage Comment
After reconstitution, the PLCB1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4°C. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
PLCB1 catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of many extracellular signals. This gene is activated by two G-protein alpha subunits, alpha-q and alpha-11. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
